Chain link fence slats in the backyard helps keep dogs and children in, keeping everything else. Fencing chain link is a popular type of steel wire fence woven into an interlocking mesh configuration and attached to steel poles. Although robust and long-lasting, mesh fences offer little in regards to privacy. Adding privacy slats to your fence link chain gives you the privacy you want without the hassle or cost placement of a wooden privacy fence.

Install chain link fence slats, use the hole message finder to dig holes 6 to 8 inches wide and 28 inches deep for the corner, range and door. dig holes 4 to 6 inches wide and 28 inches deep for line poles. Dip 4 inches of gravel into each hole. Add 6 inches of concrete to the corner, and only the final gate pits. Insert the posts into the wet concrete and use the level of sounding.
